Our Booking Policy

  • Click on Charter Your Trip, complete the online form by providing necessary information. Ex. departure times, number of passengers , age and/or grade of students. Please provide accurate information regarding your itinerary.

  • An email with your quote or invoice will be sent within 24-48 hours. If you have not heard from us within that time frame, please email us your request at info@mstashatransit.com.

  • Fees are hourly and require at least a 4-hour minimum plus a service charge will be added for all bus trips. Price includes cost of driver, insurances and fuel. The additional service fee covers for administrative costs, maintenance costs and deadhead travel.

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking in order to reserve the date. Availability is not guaranteed unless deposit has been paid. You will have 10 business days from the date of your invoice to pay deposit or you will lose the reserved date.

  • Full payment is due 30 days prior to your trip NO EXCEPTIONS! Cancellations less than 72 hours we will refund or credit all monetary funds EXCEPT the 50% deposit which is non-refundable.

  • If you book your trip less than 30 days prior to your trip, the full payment is due immediately. No services will be perform without full payment being made for any trips.

  • Forms of payment receive are credit/debit cards through our online secure portal.  A fee of 3.9% will be assessed for all credit/debit card payments.  Checks from the school will only be accepted and must be made payable to Ms. Tasha's Transit. Absolutely no personal checks allowed.

  • Ms. Tasha's Transit reserves the right to make necessary changes to the return of your trip at the time of booking. We must allow an adequate window for our drivers to return and prepare for their afternoon routes.

  • Additional fees will be assessed for the following items excessive cleaning of bus after your trip and overbooking of passengers where extra trips have to be made.
